The window starts now for the quake signature and goes through the middle of this week. How strong will it be? What is sizable to you?

We’ll find out what happens because a high magnitude with no appreciable weather event in the area yet just might be a quake signature.

(TheWeatherSpace.com) – The developers of HaarpStatus.com monitor frequencies often used by worldwide HAARP projects. One such signal is an earthquake signal, according to the site.

“The frequency build and peak of 7.4 suggests a window of Sunday through Wednesday of next week surrounding California,” warned the Website.

TheWeatherSpace.com Senior Meteorologist Kevin Martin is also monitoring the readings from HaarpStatus.

“We bought HaarpStatus.com for our network for research purposes and this reading is an interesting one from them,” said Martin. “I cannot validate such a reading as I am a meteorologist, not a true earthquake predictor.”

So if HaarpStatus.com is correct, an earthquake of unknown magnitude will hit the Western United States. We eagerly await more information and updates from their readings.

Frankenstorm Hurricane Sandy manipulated by HAARP to disrupt 

presidential election?

Hurricane Sandy headed north from the Caribbean on Saturday and was expected to pummel the eastern United States.

The U.S. National Weather Service said the storm was expected to make landfall early Tuesday near the Delaware coast, then hit two winter weather systems as it moves inland, creating a hybrid monster storm that could bring torrential rain, high winds, and up to two feet of snow.

Even if Sandy loses strength and makes landfall as something less than a hurricane, the combined storm was expected to bring misery to a huge section of the eastern U.S. An 800-mile wide swath of the country could see 50 

50 mph winds regardless of Sandy’s strength.

On Saturday morning, forecasters said hurricane-force winds of 75 mph could be felt 100 miles away from Sandy’s center.

Sandy killed at least 58 people in the Caribbean, destroyed or badly damaging thousands of homes, and knocked down trees and power lines. On Saturday morning, the storm was about 355 miles southeast of Charleston, South Carolina. Its sustained wind speed was about 75 mph.

This morning, aware of Mercury turning to go retrograde on Election Day, and of the possible East Coast storm track and massive power outages for Frankenstorm Sandy , and of the seemingly exquisite timing (expected landfall Tuesday, October 30, one day past the high-tides of Scorpio/Taurus Full Moon and one week prior to Tuesday, November 6th elections), I googled, “Hurricane Sandy caused by HAARP?“ 

I’m not the only one to ask that question.

An Indiana University geophysical experiment detected unusual seismic signals associated with tornadoes that struck regions across the US Midwest last week – information that may have value for meteorologists studying the atmospheric activity that precedes tornado disasters. The experiment by IU researchers involves deployment of more than 100 state-of-the-art digital seismographs in a broad swath of the U.S. midcontinent. One of the twisters that struck southeastern Missouri and southern Illinois on Feb. 29 passed through the seismic detection array.

“In examining the seismograms, we recorded unusual seismic signals on three of our stations in southern Illinois,” said Michael Hamburger, professor in the department of geological sciences at IU Bloomington and one of the researchers conducting the experiment. “The seismograms show a strong, low-frequency pulse beginning around 4:45 a.m. on Feb. 29. Our preliminary interpretation, based on other seismic records of tornadoes, suggests that we were recording not the tornado itself, but a large atmospheric pressure transient related to the large thunderstorms that spawned the tornadoes.”

The seismographs that detected the pulse are near Harrisburg, Ill., a town of 9,000 where a pre-dawn twister caused extensive damage, killed six people and injured about 100 more.

IU researchers initially feared that some of the instruments might be damaged by the storm, setting back a National Science Foundation-funded project that included the investment of hundreds of thousands of dollars and months of effort.

But when principal investigator Gary Pavlis, an IU professor of geological sciences, checked the digital recordings of the Illinois stations on Feb. 29, he found they were still alive and streaming data. As he checked further, he discovered the strange “tornado seismograms” that were recorded on seismographs near Harrisburg.

Hamburger said a seismic pressure gradient associated with the tornado produced a slow, minute tilting of the seismograph that lasted for several minutes. He said this sort of pressure-related signal may help scientists better understand atmospheric activity that takes place right before tornadoes touch down.

The IU researchers are working with colleagues at the University of California San Diego to try to compare recordings with other tornado-related signals and to dig deeper into the analysis.

While seismographs have been known to detect seismic activity related to tornadoes, it is highly unusual to have state-of-the-art digital instruments recording information in such close proximity to a tornado, the researchers say.

The IU seismic experiment, dubbed “OIINK” for its geographic coverage in parts of the Ozarks, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky, includes the positioning of 120 seismometers to study earthquakes and geological structure in a key area of North America. Installation of the instruments began last summer. They are recording thousands of earthquakes from the study area and around the world, as well as nearby mining and quarry explosions.

The $1.3 million, four-year undertaking is part of the NSF’s EarthScope program, which seeks to cover the entire U.S. with a grid of detection devices for the purpose of better understanding seismic activity and predicting earthquakes. Researchers liken EarthScope to “an upside-d

Secretary of Defense Cohen also stated that this is being used in an ecotype of terrorism.  Can we take Cohen’s assertions to be factual?  As Secretary of Defense, Cohen would have had first hand technical knowldge of the existence of such a weapon of mass destruction.  So if what he was saying is true who is using this weapon of mass destruction and ecotype of terrorism?  Since Cohen worked for the United States government the only plausible answer would be the United States government.

Former US Secretary of Defense, William Cohen was actually warning us in 1997 that the United States government has developed and is now actively using a weapon that is capable of causing mass destruction by triggering earthquakes, weather modification (inducing heavy rainfall that causes floods or no rainfall which causes droughts), volcanic eruptions and the like.  Cohen was warning us about the existence of HAARP.  HAARP was developed by the Bill Clinton / Al Gore administration as a United States weapon of mass destruction. HAARP was ordered built by Bill Clinton and Al Gore to beam electromagnetic waves into the Earth’s inosphere to trigger geophysical events such as earthquakes, climate modification (change), volcanic eruptions and the like.

Congressional Hearing records during the Clinton administration and HAARP patents disclose that HAARP beaming heats the inosphere.  As we all know heat causes things to expand. We also know that heat rises.  As HAARP heats one part of the ionosphere the ionosphere expands and gets pushed higher.  This HAARP ionosphere heating can cause a controlled diverting or altering of the natural path of jet streams. What does manipulating the jet stream have to do with manipulating the weather?  The jet stream is literally a fast flowing (at jet speed) stream – of water vapor.  The jet stream transports atmospheric rivers of water vapor around the World.

These jet streams of vapor carry an amount of water vapor roughly equivalent to the average flow of water at the mouth of the Mississippi River. When these atmospheric rivers make landfall, they often release this water vapor in the form of rain or snow. By manipulating the jet stream (pushing or pulling it off course) HAARP can modify the weather. HAARP can alter the path an existing high pressure weather system (clear skies) or low pressure weather system (storm clouds) anywhere on Earth just by heating the ionsphere over the target region. HAARP can also create a column-shaped hole with a diameter of 30 miles that rises a couple of hundred kilometers through the atmosphere. The lower atmosphere then moves up the column to fill in that space, and it changes pressure systems below.

The result of hot surface air being sucked up into the column to fill the HAARP created column-shaped hole is a HAARP created hurricane (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over water) or tornado (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over land). The April/May 2000 issue of Scientific American contains an article on the effects of altering the course of the jet stream. This slight change to the jet stream path occurred right above the HAARP facility. That little movement created a storm front 4,000 miles away in east Texas and Louisiana to move into central Florida where it triggered a couple of tornadoes.

This article gives evidence that weather modification is certainly possible with only a slight change to the jet stream. In 1998 Bernard Eastlund completed a paper on how to knock out tornadoes using a space-based, solar-collecting microwave generator, which he called theThunderstorm Solar Power Satellite. The microwaves would heat the rainy downdraft inside the storm, disrupting the convective forces needed to concentrate the tornado’s power, and so effectively stop it from forming. The Jet Stream Solar Power Satellite is described by Eastlund as “a dual use Satellite which can focus microwave energy into a jet stream to change the direction of a jet stream.  It does this by triggering turbulence in the flowing air which decreases the flow velocity of an edge region of the flow and generating a pressure differential that changes the direction of the bulk air flow.“

Updated April 21, 2011 – The HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) website has been down for the past 3 weeks.  It was ordered taken down by the US government to conceal US weather modification and earthquake inducing warfare activities against foreign states.  The HAARP website was publishing very damaging evidence of US military weather modification and earthquake triggering operations against foreign states.  HAARP’s waterfall charts and magnetometer charts gave evidence of an ongoing weather war between the United States government and foreign states.  The magnetometer presented concrete evidence that HAARP triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami. HAARP’s magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake.  A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere.    HAARP was broadcasting a 2.5 Hz frequency (the signature frequency of an earthquake) from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. The 2.5 Hz frequency continued to be broadcasted and recorded by the magnetometer for another 10 hours the day of the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake. Scientists at the HAARP institute discovered that a 2.5 Hz radio frequency is the signature frequency of an earthquake.   Since this discovery the HAARP phased array antennas have been used by the US military to beam the earthquake frequency into the ionosphere and the ionosphere reflects it back to Earth – penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area..  By beaming the frequency at a specific trajectory HAARP can trigger an earthquake any place on Earth.  A short burst isn’t enough to disturb solid matter (the Earth crust) so they keep beaming the 2.5 Hz earthquake frequency for hours or days – until the desired effect is achieved. The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) prohibits the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. Evidence from HAARP’s own website revealed that the US government was acting in violation of the ENMOD treaty – use of weather modification techniques (HAARP) for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.  HAARP broadcasting data published on the HAARP website coincided with a number of recent major catastrophes such as the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the 2010 heatwave in Russia, the major floorings in 2010 in China and Pakistan and the major earthquakes in Haiti and Japan – all occurred since US president and commander-in-chief of the United States military Barack Hussein Obama took office. The Japan 9.0 earthquake offered the most damaging evidence of the US government using HAARP to induce major damage and destruction against a foreign state.   HAARP’s magnetometer data showed the World that HAARP (jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy) began broadcasting the earthquake inducing frequency of 2.5 Hz on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011.  HAARP wasn’t turned off until 10 hours after the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake that was triggered on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 05:46:23 UTC.  Smaller earthquakes have continued for weeks without being registered on the HAARP magnetometer.  Why?  Because, as stated before a magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere.  It is not a seismometer which measure motions of the ground.  The magnetometer doesn’t measure seismic activity it measures and records electromagnetic frequencies in the Earth’s atmosphere.  HAARP’s antenna array beams the 2.5 Hz earthquake inducing radio frequency into the atmosphere where a magnetometer can record and provide concrete evidence of a US weather modification and earthquake triggering attack against foreign states.

Congress was informed by people in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program that the bounced signals would be used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. If you bounced the known earthquake signature signal (2.5 Hz) for a sustained period of time an earthquake could triggered many kilometers inside Earth’s crust.  The U.S. Senate actually set aside $15 million dollars in 1996 (Clinton and Al Gore Administration) to develop this ability alone — earth-penetrating-tomography. Update April 21, 2011 Under pressure from the International community the HAARP website is up again.  No data is available from April 7 to April 12, 2011.  Data before and after shows the signature frequency of an earthquake (2.5Hz) being transmitted.  Also shows energy spikes which indicates active weather modification.  Now that the website is up again you can view the data for the Japan earthquake at http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?20110311.  From the magnetometer induction data you can see 2.5Hz (earthquake inducing frequency) being broadcasted and recorded for several days before the 9.0 magnitude earthquake.  To see what a normal (no HAARP  broadcasting) day looks like view the magnetometer charts for the days of March 15, 16 and 17 – March 16, 2011 http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?date=20110316&Bx=on.  No earthquake inducing broadcast was detected from March 15 to March 27, 2011.  On March 28, 2011 a low powered broadcast was detected from approximately 12:00 am to 3:00 am.  Broadcasting resumed on April 2, 2011. April 6, 2011 shows you what the magnetometer charts looks like when a solar storm blasts Earth.    No data is available from April 7, 2011 to April 13, 2011 – a shutdown.  Starting on April 15, 2011 and ending approximately 10:00 am April 16, 2011 the earthquake inducing frequency of 2.5Hz was detected being broadcasted. Weather Modification To detect active weather modification use the HAARP waterfall charts.  Weather modification doesn’t require a long sustained activation and broadcast.  Look at the chart for April 20, 2011.  The chart is missing data for approximately 1 hour.   Since PRESS Core has been studying and writing about HAARP and how to recognize a weather modification incident HAARP data is being censored in exactly the same manner as seen by the chart for April 20, 2011. The HAARP waterfall chart for July 28, 2010 (link image shown above) shows what a HAARP weather modification broadcast looks like.  The tight color band from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM is evidence of a HAARP weather modification broadcast.  That type of data is being deleted from the waterfall charts – see HAARP waterfall chart for April 20, 2011 – http://maestro.haarp.alaska.edu/data/spectrum2/data/last36_hf.gif The United States Air Force and Navy has provided a visual insight into what caused the 9.0 magnitude off of Japan on March 11, 2011 at 05:46:23 UTC.  The image above was downloaded from the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) website.  It is a time-frequency spectrogram, which shows the frequency content of signals recorded by the HAARP Induction Magnetometer. This instrument, provided by the University of Tokyo, measures temporal variations in the geomagnetic field (Earth’s magnetosphere) in the ULF (ultra-low frequency) range of 0-5 Hz.  Notions have been added to the image to show you what was happening the day the Japan earthquake and tsunami struck. By looking at the accompanying HAARP spectrum chart above you can see when the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck – red line drawn vertically – and what was happening before and after the earthquake.  What you can also see is a constant ULF frequency of 2.5 Hz being recorded by the magnetometer.  The ULF 2.5 Hz frequency is evidence of an induced earthquake.  The chart recorded this constant before, during and after the 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck.  On March 11, 2011 the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being emitted and recorded from 0:00 hours to about 10:00 hours – or for 10 hours.  We know for a fact that the Japan earthquake lasted only a few minutes so why was the earthquake signature frequency (2.5 Hz) being recorded for 10 hours on the morning of March 11, 2011?  Because a HAARP phased array antenna system was broadcasting (transmitting) the 2.5Hz ULF frequency and it triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami. If you go to HAARP’s official website you can see for yourself that the 2.5 Hz ULF frequency wasn’t only being broadcated for 10 hours, it was constantly being broadcasted for 2 days prior to the earthquake.  Broadcasting began on March 8, 2011, just before midnight as you can see on HAARP’s website page – http://maestro.haarp.alaska.edu/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?20110308.  Click on the Next Day link to see that the earthquake inducing 2.5 Hz ULF frequency was being broadcasted for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011.  Even though the signature frequency of an earthquake was shown throughout March 9 and March 10 there were no constant earthquakes occurring off the east coast of Japan. What is the significance of a 2.5 Hz ULF broadcast?  The natural resonance of an earthquake is 2.5 Hz.  Scientists working for the United States military discovered this using the phased array antennas at the HAARP facility in Alaska.  HAARP’s own charts suggests that earthquakes occurred constantly for 3 days.  We know for a fact that they haven’t. The HAARP magnetometer data provides proof that the Japan earthquake was not a naturally occurring quake – it was triggered.  This data shows us that a HAARP military installation was broadcasting the known earthquake signature frequency in order to trigger a major earthquake.  The broadcast was most likely being transmitted from a floating HAARP system like the floating Sea-Based X-Band Radar platform that can be moved anywhere in the Pacific or Atlantic ocean under the protection of a carrier strike group – like the USS Ronald Regan.  Where was the USS Ronald Reagan on the morning of March 11, 2011?  According to a Stars & Stripes March 9, 2011 report – Reagan carrier group steams toward South Korea to join exercise. Evidence or Conspiracy theory? Is this evidence or just a bunch of nonsense attached to a baseless conspiracy theory and recklessly made public by a crackpot?  The above image is of the HAARP Sea-Based X-Band Radar (SBX) platform which does exist – not a conspiracy theory.  The preceding link is to the United States Navy website.  What is sitting on top of the deck of the SBX is a phased array antenna – a key component of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) GMD system – clearly not a conspiracy theory. The military vessel includes power plant, a bridge, control rooms, living quarters, storage areas and the infrastructure necessary to support the massive X-band radar. The SBX radar is the most sophisticated phased array, electro-mechanically steered X-band radar in the world – according to Boeing claims. The phased array antenna consists of thousands of antennas driven by transmit/receive modules.  The radar is designed and built by Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems for Boeing, the prime contractor on the project for the United States Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Boeing, Raytheon and MDA exists – also not a conspiracy theory. HAARP does exists.  The HAARP program is no secret.  Their own website states that: The HAARP program is committed to developing a world class ionospheric research facility consisting of:  The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study. Even World renowned Stanford University knows about and publishes reports on the activities at the HAARP installations – Experiments with the HAARP Ionospheric Heater – http://vlf.stanford.edu/research/experiments-haarp-ionospheric-heater.  According to Stanford – The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facility is located in Gakona, Alaska at 62.39º N, 145.15º W, near mile 11 of the Tok Cutoff Highway. The facility houses many diagnostic instruments for studying the ionosphere, but the highlight is the HF transmitter array. This array consists of 15×12 crossed dipole antennas, which together can transmit a total of 3600kW of RF power at frequencies from 2.8 – 10 MHz (HF, high frequency range). This power is partially absorbed by the ionosphere, and though only a tiny fraction of the power it naturally receives from the sun, can still produce subtle changes that can be detected with sensitive instruments. The VLF group focuses on using HAARP to generate ELF and VLF waves through a process called modulated heating. Such experiments have been conducted since 1999. The radio energy then disperses over large areas through ductlike regions of the ionosphere, forming a virtual antenna that can be thousands of miles in length. Such an ELF antenna can emit waves penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area. HAARP uses ground-penetrating radar (GPR) to beam pulses of polarized high-frequency radio waves into the ionosphere. These pulses can be finely tuned and adjusted so that the bounced ground penetrating beam can target a very specific area and for a specific length of time. Beaming a very large energy beam into the ground for an extended period can cause an earthquake. After all, an earthquake is the result of a sudden release of energy in the Earth’s crust that creates seismic wave resonances. The same array of antennas that are used by HAARP for ground penetrating tomography can also be used to penetrate deep into the ground and cause an earthquake anywhere around the World. Geophysical events like earthquakes and volcanic eruptions – the kinds of things that may already be on the edge of discharge – can, with the right resonant energies added into the system, cause them to overload and actually fracture. Former U.S. Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen actually made the statement regarding weapons of mass destruction and the idea of generating earthquakes artificially.  In a April 28, 1997 DoD News Briefing at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy at the Georgia Center, Mahler Auditorium, University of Georgia, Athens, Ga. Cohen stated: “Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.” United States Patent 5041834 – Artificial ionospheric mirror composed of a plasma layer which can be tilted. METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ALTERING A REGION IN THE EARTH’S ATMOSPHERE, IONOSPHERE, AND/OR MAGNETOSPHERE “Environmental warfare is defined as the intentional modification or manipulation of the natural ecology, such as climate and weather, earth systems such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, tectonic plate system, and/or the triggering of seismic events (earthquakes) to cause intentional physical, economic, and psycho-social, and physical destruction to an intended target geophysical or population location, as part of strategic or tactical war.” World renowned scientist Dr. Rosalie Bertell confirms that ~ “US military scientists · are working on weather systems as a potential weapon. The methods include the enhancing of storms and the diverting of vapor rivers in the Earth’s atmosphere to produce targeted droughts or floods.” In the 1970s, former National Security advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski had foreseen in his book “Between Two Ages” that: “Technology will make available, to the leaders of major nations, techniques for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the security forces need be appraised… Techniques of weather modification could be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm. ” Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlined several types of “unconventional weapons” using radio frequencies. He refers to “weather war,” indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already “mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s.” These technologies make it “possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves].” A study of future defense “scenarios” commissioned for the US Air Force calls for: “US aerospace forces to ‘own the weather’ by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications.” From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. It is further understood that all the phenomena listed above, when produced by military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques, would result, or could reasonably be expected to result, in widespread, long-lasting or severe destruction, damage or injury. Thus, military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques as defined in Article II, so as to cause those phenomena as a means of destruction, damage or injury to another State Party, would be prohibited. It is recognized, moreover, that the list of examples set out above is not exhaustive. Other phenomena which could result from the use of environmental modification techniques as defined in Article II could also be appropriately included. The absence of such phenomena from the list does not in any way imply that the undertaking contained in Article I would not be applicable to those phenomena, provided the criteria set out in that article were met.

A magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake.  A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere.  It is not a seismometer which measure motions of the ground.  The magnetometer doesn’t measure seismic activity it measures and records electromagnetic frequencies in the Earth’s atmosphere. HAARP’s phased array antennas beam radio wave frequencies into the atmosphere.  A radio wave is essentially an electromagnetic frequency, as is solar radiation.  The scientists at the HAARP institute found that a 2.5 Hz radio frequency is the signature frequency of an earthquake.  HAARP beams that earthquake frequency into the ionosphere and the ionosphere reflects it back to Earth – penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area..  By beaming the frequency at a specific trajectory HAARP can trigger an earthquake any place on Earth.  A short burst isn’t enough to disturb solid matter (the Earth crust) so they keep beaming the 2.5 Hz earthquake frequency for hours or days – until the desired effect is achieved. HAARP was broadcasting the 2.5 Hz frequency from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. The 2.5 Hz frequency continued to be broadcasted and recorded by the magnetometer for another 10 hours the day of the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake. You will notice on the USGS website that the Japan earthquake didn’t occur on the Ring of Fire Fault line.  The epicenter was some 100 km west of the fault.  The earthquake epicenter occurred on solid ground.

ENVIRONMENTAL WARFARE BAN

The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) is an international treaty prohibiting the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.

Huge rivers of water flow above us in Earth’s lower atmosphere. These “atmospheric rivers” are not actually condensed water, but are vapors that really flow. We cannot see them, nor realize they are there when we fly in an airplane through them, but, these vapor rivers are enormous. Their flows rival the actual flow on Earth of the mighty Amazon River. These rivers of vapor are 420 to 480 miles wide and up to 4,800 miles long. Atmospheric rivers are relatively long, narrow regions in the atmosphere – literally rivers in the sky – that transport most of the water vapor outside of the tropics. These columns of vapor move with Earth’s atmosphere, carrying an amount of water vapor roughly equivalent to the average flow of water at the mouth of the Mississippi River.

When the atmospheric rivers make landfall, they often release this water vapor in the form of rain or snow. Scientists discovered that there are five (5) atmospheric rivers in the Northern Hemisphere and five (5) more in the Southern Hemisphere. Each of these 10 rivers carries huge amounts of water vapor.  Although atmospheric rivers come in many shapes and sizes, those that contain the largest amounts of water vapor and the strongest winds can create extreme rainfall and floods, often by stalling over watersheds vulnerable to flooding. These events can disrupt travel, induce mudslides and cause catastrophic damage to life and property. Not all atmospheric rivers cause damage; most are weak systems that often provide beneficial rain or snow that is crucial to the water supply.

Atmospheric rivers are a key feature in the global water cycle and are closely tied to both water supply and flood risks. While atmospheric rivers are responsible for great quantities of rain that can produce flooding, they are essential to the existence of all life on Earth. The US has discovered a way to manipulate the Earth’s atmospheric rivers and use it as a weapon of mass destruction.  The Clinton administration (Al Gore as vice-president) began funding this new star wars weapon system in 1996.  HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) was created to give the US Force the capability of “Owning the Weather”.

HAARP was developed as a weather modification system to achieve military objectives.  HAARP scientists were given the task by Bill Clinton and Al Gore to manipulate or alter certain aspects of the environment to produce desirable changes in weather.  HAARP achieved what it was ordered to do when it developed a system of phased array antennas that beams gigawatts (1 gigawatt = 1 billion watts) of electricity into the protective ionosphere of Earth’s atmosphere.  The billions of watts of electricity beamed by HAARP heats up a targeted area of Earth’s atmosphere.  The heating manipulates the weather by pushing the Earth’s Atmospheric Rivers upwards.  HAARP atmospheric heating creates a low pressure system that pushes the Atmospheric Rivers upwards where the water vapor condenses and forms precipitation (rain, snow).

As Atmospheric Rivers are 400-600 km wide and carries an amount of water vapor roughly equivalent to 10-20 times the average flow of liquid water at the mouth of the Mississippi River HAARP is able to create extreme rainfall and massive floods. To fully understand what HAARP is doing you need to know and understand what causes it to rain.  Atmospheric pressure at the Earth’s surface is one of the keys to weather, which is one reason weather maps feature H’s and L’s, representing areas of high and low air pressure. High and low pressure areas are important because they affect the weather.   A “high” is an area where the air’s pressure is higher than the pressure of the surrounding air. A “low’ is where it’s lower.  The pressure is high at the surface where air is slowly descending — much too slowly to feel. And, this is going on over a large area, maybe a few hundred square miles. As air descends, it warms, which inhibits the formation of clouds. This is why high pressure is generally — but not quite always — associated with good weather.

High atmospheric pressure leads to stable air conditions. When the ground is heated, the air will not rise. If air does not rise, water vapor in the atmospheric rivers cannot condense.  In an area of low pressure the air has a tendency to rise. As air rises, it cools and if there is enough water vapour it may condense to form clouds and rain. This is why a low pressure is generally associated with wet weather.  HAARP is used to manipulates weather by creating either a high or low pressure – depending on the effect desired.  To cause the drought in Russia in 2010 HAARP created a high pressure system over Russia for weeks on end.

To cause the floods in China, Pakistan, Australia and in US crop producing states HAARP created a low pressure system. In order for HAARP to create Biblical flooding like what were seen in Pakistan, China and Australia in 2010 HAARP created an electromagnetic dam.  This electromagnetic dam caused the Atmospheric Rivers to stall over the targets which caused astronomical amounts of precipitation to fall on the target areas.  HAARP scientists discovered that ELF wave beaming can cause an electronic dam to be created in the atmosphere! These electronic dams can divert or block these vapor rivers, causing huge amounts of rainfall to be dumped.

The HAARP created electromagnetic dam blocks the flow of the atmospheric river, causing it to back up behind the dam.  Eventually atmospheric river pressure builds up and undermines the HAARP dam causing a sudden release of the impounded precipitation.  Did HAARP cause the Pakistan, China, and Queensland Australia floods?  Scientific evidence says yes.  Did HAARP cause the Russian heatwave?  Scientific evidence says yes.  Is HAARP responsible for the flooding in Manitoba Canada and Arkansas US?  Scientific evidence says yes.

Why? HAARP has been ordered by the current US government (President Obama is the only person who can authorize the use of nuclear weapons, biological weapons and this star wars weapon of mass destruction) to manipulate the weather and create floods to destroy the World’s food supply.  It was during the Jimmy Cater administration that it was decided that the World population was getting too big and billions of people would have to be killed off.  Henry Kissinger, wrote: “Depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World.  Depopulation, also known as eugenics, was first proposed by the Nazis during World War II.

Eugenics wasn’t proposed again until Jimmy Carter became president of the United States.  Carter’s National Security Council’s Ad Hoc Group on Population Policy proposed a Nazi style eugenics through Henry Kissinger’s Global 2000 report.  Eugenics is the deliberate killing off of large segments of living populations.  Prince Philip of Britain is in favor of depopulation: “If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels” ~ quoted in “Are You Ready for Our New Age Future?” Insiders Report, American Policy Center, December 1995.  Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, consort of Queen Elizabeth II, leader of the World Wildlife Fund, member of the Danish-German House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, endorses eugenics.

How will they depopulate the World?  By using the weapon of mass destruction called HAARP.  HAARP has been given the task of Eugenics.  HAARP has been actively doing it part since Barack Hussein Obama became president of the United Sates.  Obama is the first US president to order HAARP into action against foreign states and even the United States.

HAARP has been ordered by Obama to create earthquakes, tsunamis, floods and heat waves in foreign states and in the US.  The goal is to covertly kill as many people as possible.  Flooding will kill the most people.  Not immediately but through starvation.  The target of the HAARP created floods is to destroy the World’s food supply.  HAARP floods in the spring will prevent farmers from seeding their crops.  HAARP floods in late summer will destroy the crops that did get planted and survived. What crops are the US HAARP targeting?  The United States is the third largest producer of wheat in the world.

Manitoba is the “Wheat Capital” of Canada and the sixth largest producer of wheat in the world.  Corn is the largest U.S. crop, in terms of both volume and value.  The United States grew 39 percent of the world’s corn making it the largest producer followed by China which produced 21% of the World’s corn supply.  China is the world’s largest producer of rice, and the crop makes up a little less than half of the country’s total grain output. China accounts for 26% of all world rice production. China also produces 108,712 TMT of wheat annually. This makes China the world’s largest wheat producer, producing 42,856 TMT more than India, the world’s second largest wheat producer. Do you see what is happening?

Flooding is only occurring in the regions that produces the largest portion of the World’s supply or corn, rice and wheat.  Three crops; wheat, corn, and rice provide nearly 60 percent of total plant foods that humans consume. Rice is the world’s number one staple food and feeds half the world’s population.  Wheat is the largest source of carbohydrates for human consumption.

Wheat is the world’s second most popular staple food. Corn is the world’s third most popular staple food. Wiping out just these three crops can cause as much as half the World’s population to starve to death.  Today food is being used as a weapon.

The lack of it is being used as a means of depopulation and conquering destitute countries (under the pretext of humanitarian aid). “We are going to get Global 2000 implemented, one way or another by famine, starvation, or by choice … We need a real economic shock, a depression to get our message across.” ~ GLOBAL 2000 – Depopulation Program.

To cause by means of limited wars in the advanced countries, by means of starvation and diseases in the Third World countries, the death of three billion people.  Under the terms of the Global 2000 Report, the population of the US is to be reduced by 100 million.

Ask any western government official or geologist from the USGS if we can predict earthquakes, and they’ll say no. Well they are both right and wrong. Government and geologists will swear up and down that people can’t predict earthquakes (well actually that’s not quite true either) but biologists will tell you that animals can. Many animals can sense changes in Inaudible infra-wave sounds and electromagnetic pulses (EMP).

Predicting earthquakes-Knowldge is more dangerous then the earthquake.

The big secret is that scientists in Ukraine and Russia have known how to prediction earthquakes with fairly good proxy markers (ie excess radon gas above background levels , ionosphere disturbances etc) but governments around the world fears this new capability and the associated liability issues if they get it wrong or miss a large quake or don’t warn all people in time and can’t save them. Maybe we should use animals in zoos across the country as not just a place of entertainment and destination for children’s’ outings, but as a network and early warning system for pending disasters.

If natural vibrations (the right resonance; like an opera singer shattering a crystal glass) and stress can produce EMP’s and earthquakes, then why can’t man-made sources do the same, as predicted and demonstrated by Nikola Tesla at the turn of the century? This principle can be used as stress relief to trigger mini-quakes on fault lines to prevent larger 7 or 8+ magnitude ones later

( …like triggering mountain avalanches or staging preventive forest fire burns or heaven forbid as offensive weapon of national destruction (WND) or weapon of mass destruction (WMD).

Some people speculate that DARPA’s HAARP project in Alaska surves that purpose…we’ll see if there just happens to be a “triggered earthquake” or some other natural disasters (weather modifications -drought, floods) in South Africa during the football World Cup in July 2010, or in Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Russia or Afghanistan as some conspiracy theorists are proposing.

Just look at who is benefiting from the Haiti quake (estimated at $10 billion to rebuild the Haiti capital city Port-Au-France) ) or from the Chineese quake recently and whose GDP will grow because of it? (Remember …both wars and disasters requires reconstruction which promotes GDP growth.”

Sensors could / should also be in place to detect EMP’s if they are produced naturally in the ground or from some remote artificial man-made source.

Abstract:

Some earthquake precursor phenomena told as legends or reported retrospectively for the 1995 Kobe earthquake have been reproduced by laboratory experiments. Mimosa placed on the high voltage sphere of a Van de Graaff electrostatic generator closed its leaves and bowed on charging and air-gap discharging, presumably due to the current induced in its stem. Air-gap discharging caused sudden movements of eels in a nearby plastic aquarium. Eels moved also on applying a pulsed electric field of less than 0.5V/m, while catfish responded only at around 5V/m. The higher sensitivity of eels to electric field than that of catfish is consistent with the story in the Ansei Chronicle that a man could not find eels in a river but only catfish in violent movement before the earthquake. Eels might have already hidden themselves in panic. Rapid rotation and stopping of the second hand of a clock, which were observed before the Kobe Earthquake like in the“Alice in the Wonderland”, have also been reproduced by exposing clocks to electromagnetic waves generated by air-gap discharging. Reported malfunctioning of home electronic appliances before the earthquake would have been due to some natural electromagnetic disturbance at the epicenter.

Electromagnetic pulses generated by compression of granitic rocks and animal behavior

Compression experiments on granite, basalt and marbles were made using a 500-ton compression machine with simultaneous detection of acoustic emission, electromagnetic (EM) waves. Attempts were made to reproduce unusual animal behavior before major earthquakes depicted in folklores and reported retrospectively in the M7.2 Kobe earthquake in 1995. Unusual animal behavior was observed during stress loading with simultaneous detection of pulsed EM waves prior to the detection of AE, but the judgement has to be partially subjective when animal behavior is discussed.

Hence, hypothalamic chemicals in in-vivo brain and blood plasma of rats were analyzed before and after rock fractures. The enhanced noradrenaline and reduced adrenaline were observed, which was distinctively different from the reactions to other stresses but the same as that of exposures to EM waves. Unusual animal behavior would mostly be caused by pulsed EM waves.

Introduction

Unusual animal behavior before earthquakes have long been studied in Asia (Abe, 1934; Biophysics Institute, 1977; Rikitake, 1976; Bushirk et al., 1981; Ikeya, 1998), but rarely believed by Western geophysicists. A large number of reports on unusual animal behavior before the Kobe earthquake in 1995, Japan, were collected retrospectively (Wadatsumi, 1995). Similar reports from citizens were collected after the Izmit earthquake in Turkey and 921-earthquake in Taiwan in 1999 (Ikeya and Ulusoy, 2000). The birds were said to have disappeared from the neighborhood a few days before the earthquakes and the sky was unusually starry in Turkey. Swarms of earthworms appeared and deep sea fish, Trachipterus ishikawae, called messenger of dragon palace and earthquake fish by Taiwanese people, were captured before the 921-earthquake and before its aftershocks.

I wonder if all the millions of spiritual people practising voodoo in Haiti, noticed any sudden changes in animal and bird behaviors just before the 7.0 earthquake hit Haiti last week…or what’s even more interesting..if they didn’t, does that prove that the quake was a man-made phenomenon?

Fears amongst some that governments are experimenting with technology that can trigger seismic events have heightened following the bizarre occurrence of yesterday’s Mexican earthquake coinciding with a government drill that was scheduled to take place at precisely the same time simulating an earthquake of the exact same magnitude.

The video above documents how Mexican Civil Protection (CP) authorities had planned to stage a response drill to an earthquake measuring 7.9 on the Richter scale on March 20 at 12 noon local time, which is precisely when an earthquake hit Mexico yesterday.

After having initially been reported as 7.9 on the Richter scale, the earthquake was later revised to measure 7.4.

The exercise was being run under the auspices of Mexico’s State Emergency Committee, the government department tasked with responding to natural disasters.

“As part of preparations for the next megasimulacro March 20, state authorities of Civil Protection (CP) performed exercise tests before a cabinet to simulate the response to a contingency situation, an earthquake measuring 7.9 degrees on the scale Richter,” states a translated report out of Mexican newspaper El Heraldo, which ran the story on March 2.

A poster to publicize this “megasimularco” was also published by authorities, announcing the date of the drill to take place on March 20.

Another Mexican newspaper, La Voz del Norte, also reported on the “megasimularco,” on March 13, noting that three departments of “government are prepared to carry out the Mega Drill to be held on March 20 at about 12 o’clock.”

Yesterday’s earthquake hit precisely at 12:02PM local time in the region of Oaxaca, according to the USGS.

The bizarre coincidence has prompted claims that the event could have been a seismic experiment.

The fact that governments have access to seismic-triggering technology is not a conspiracy theory, it’s a scientific fact.

Weather modification expert Ben Livingston, a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, has documented that as far back as the early 1950′s the United States was funneling money into programs aimed at using the weather as a weapon during the cold war.

Moreover, in an April 1997 speech to the University of Georgia, Athens, then US Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of the threat of an “eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

For many years, suspicions have circulated around the purpose of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy, the University of Alaska and DARPA. In his underground bestseller Angels Don’t Play This HAARP, author Nick Begich summarizes the evidence that suggests HAARP is involved in weather control for nefarious purposes.

Scientists at NASA have discovered “A close link between electrical disturbances on the edge of our atmosphere and impending quakes on the ground below,” which has led to claims that earthquakes are being artificially induced as a form of modern warfare by HAARP.

Human activity has also been confirmed as a source of earthquakes. Changes in underground pressure at a geothermal power plant in Switzerland caused a 3.4 earthquake in 2007.

Whether or not yesterday’s earthquake was a seismic experiment gone awry or not, the fact that it coincided precisely with a government drill based around the an identical scenario, even down to the exact same magnitude of the earthquake that was initially reported, is a bizarre occurrence.

Current technologies that will mature over the next 30 years will offer anyone who has the necessary resources the ability to modify weather patterns and their corresponding effects, at least on the local scale. Current demographic, economic, and environmental trends will create global stresses that provide the impetus necessary for many countries or groups to turn this weather-modification ability into a capability.In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications. Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels. These levels could include unilateral actions, participation in a security framework such as NATO, membership in an international organization such as the UN, or participation in a coalition. Assuming that in 2025 our national security strategy includes weather-modification, its use in our national military strategy will naturally follow. Besides the significant benefits an operational capability would provide, another motivation to pursue weather-modification is to deter and counter potential adversaries.In this paper we show that appropriate application of weather-modification can provide battle space dominance to a degree never before imagined. In the future, such operations will enhance air andspace superiority and provide new options for battlespace shaping and battlespace awareness.

The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is currently the most important facility used to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic radiation in the ionosphere.In order to produce this ELF radiation the HAARP transmitter radiates a strong beam of high-frequency (HF) waves modulated at ELF. This HF heating modulates the electrons’ temperature in the D region ionosphere and leads to modulated conductivity and a time-varying current which then radiates at the modulation frequency. Recently, the HAARP HF transmitter operated with 3.6GW of effective radiated power modulated at frequency of 2.5Hz. It is shown that high-power ELF radiation generated by HF ionospheric heaters, such as the current HAARP heater, can cause Earthquakes,Cyclones

1. Introduction
Generating electromagnetic radiation at extremely-low frequencies is difficult because the long wavelengths require long antennas, extending for hundreds of kilometers. Natural ionospheric currents provide such an antenna if they can be modulated at the desired frequency [
1-6
]. The generation of ELF electromagnetic radiationby modulated heating of the ionosphere has been the subject matter of numerous papers[
7-13
].In 1974, it was shown that ionospheric heater can generate ELF waves by heating the ionosphere with high-frequency (HF)radiation in the megahertz range [

]. This heating modulates the electron’s temperaturein the D region ionosphere, leading to modulated conductivity and a time-varying current, which then radiates at the modulation frequency.Several HF ionospheric heaters have been built in the course of the latest decades in order to study the ELF waves produced by the heating of the ionosphere with HF radiation. Currently, the HAARP heater is the most powerful ionospheric heater, with3.6GW of effective power using HF heating beam, modulated at ELF (2.5Hz) [
14,15
].This paper shows that high-power ELF radiation generated by modulated HF heatingof the lower ionosphere, such as thatproduced by the current HAARP heater, can cause Earthquakes, Cyclones and strong localized heating.
2. Gravitational Shielding

Manipulation of the climate for military use:what was overlooked

The term,

“environmental modification techniques” refers to any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.

“Environmental warfare is defined as the intentional modification or manipulation of the natural ecology, such as climate and weather, earth systems such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, tectonic plate system, and/or the triggering of seismic events (earthquakes) to cause intentional physical, economic, and psycho-social, and physical destruction to an intended target geophysical or population location, as part of strategic or tactical war.”

“[Weather modification] offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary… Weather modification will become a part of domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally… It could have offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes. The ability to generate precipitation, fog and storms on earth or to modify space weather… and the production of artificial weather all are a part of an integrated set of [military] technologies.”

 

World leaders are meeting in Copenhagen in December 2009 with a view to reaching an agreement on Global Warming.

The debate on Climate Change focuses on the impacts of greenhouse gas emissions and measures to reduce manmade CO2 emissions under the Kyoto Protocol.

The underlying consensus is that greenhouse gas emissions constitute the sole cause of climate instability. Neither the governments nor the environmental action groups, have raised the issue of “weather warfare” or “environmental modification techniques (ENMOD)” for military use. Despite a vast body of scientific knowledge, the issue of climatic manipulations for military use has been excluded from the UN agenda on climate change.

John von Neumann noted at the height of the Cold War (1955), with tremendous foresight that:

“Intervention in atmospheric and climatic matters… will unfold on a scale difficult to imagine at present… [T]his will merge each nation’s affairs with those of every other, more thoroughly than the threat of a nuclear or any other war would have done.”

In 1977, an international Convention was ratified by the United Nations General Assembly which banned,

“military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects.”

(AP, 18 May 1977).

Both the US and the Soviet Union were signatories to the Convention.

Guided by the interest of consolidating peace, …and of saving mankind from the danger of using new means of warfare, (…)

Recognizing that military… use of such [environmental modification techniques] could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare, Desiring to prohibit effectively military… use of environmental modification techniques in order to eliminate the dangers to mankind… and affirming their willingness to work towards the achievement of this objective, (…)

Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military … use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party.

The Convention defined,

“‘environmental modification techniques’ as referring to any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere or of outer space.”

The substance of the 1977 Convention was reasserted in very general terms in the Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) signed at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro:

“States have… in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law, the (…) responsibility to ensure that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to the environment of other States or of areas beyond the limits of national jurisdiction.”

Following the 1992 Earth Summit, the issue of Climate Change for military use was never raised in subsequent climate change summits and venues under the auspices of the UNFCCC. The issue was erased, forgotten. It is not part of the debate on climate change.

In February 1998, however, the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs, Security and Defense Policy held public hearings in Brussels on the U.S based weather warfare facility developed under the HAARP program.

The Committee’s “Motion for Resolution” submitted to the European Parliament:

“Considers HAARP [The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program based in Alaska]… by virtue of its far-reaching impact on the environment to be a global concern and calls for its legal, ecological and ethical implications to be examined by an international independent body…; [the Committee] regrets the repeated refusal of the United States Administration… to give evidence to the public hearing… into the environmental and public risks [of] the HAARP program.”

The Committee’s request to draw up a “Green Paper” on “the environmental impacts of military activities”, however, was casually dismissed on the grounds that the European Commission lacked the required jurisdiction to delve into “the links between environment and defense”.

Brussels was anxious to avoid a showdown with Washington (see European Report, 3 February 1999).

In 2007, The Daily Express reported – following the release and declassification of British government papers from the National Archives – that:

“The [declassified] documents reveal that both the US, which led the field, and the Soviet Union had secret military programs with the goal of controlling the world’s climate. “By the year 2025 the United States will own the weather,” one scientist is said to have boasted.

…

These claims are dismissed by skeptics as wild conspiracy theories and the stuff of James Bond movies but there is growing evidence that the boundaries between science fiction and fact are becoming increasingly blurred. The Americans now admit that they invested L12million over five years during the Vietnam war on “cloud seeding” – deliberately creating heavy rainfall to wash away enemy crops and destroy supply routes on the Ho Chi Minh trail, in an operation codenamed Project Popeye.

It is claimed that rainfall was increased by a third in targeted areas, making the weather-manipulation weapon a success. At the time, government officials said the region was prone to heavy rain.

The possibility of climatic or environmental manipulations as part of a military agenda, while formally acknowledged by official government documents and the US military, has never been considered relevant to the Climate debate. Military analysts are mute on the subject.

Meteorologists are not investigating the matter, and environmentalists are strung on global warming and the Kyoto protocol.

The HAARP Program

The High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) based in Gokona, Alaska, has been in existence since 1992. It is part of a new generation of sophisticated weaponry under the US Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI).

Operated by the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Space Vehicles Directorate, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating “controlled local modifications of the ionosphere” [upper layer of the atmosphere]:

HAARP has been presented to public opinion as a program of scientific and academic research.

US military documents seem to suggest, however, that HAARP’s main objective is to, “exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes.”

Without explicitly referring to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to the use of “induced ionospheric modifications” as a means of altering weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications and radar. (Ibid)

HAARP also has the ability of triggering blackouts and disrupting the electricity power system of entire regions:

“Rosalie Bertell, president of the International Institute of Concern for Public Health, says HAARP operates as ‘a gigantic heater that can cause major disruptions in the ionosphere, creating not just holes, but long incisions in the protective layer that keeps deadly radiation from bombarding the planet’.

Physicist Dr Bernard Eastlund called it ‘the largest ionospheric heater ever built’. HAARP is presented by the US Air Force as a research program, but military documents confirm its main objective is to ‘induce ionospheric modifications’ with a view to altering weather patterns and disrupting communications and radar.

According to a report by the Russian State Duma:

‘The US plans to carry out large-scale experiments under the HAARP program [and] create weapons capable of breaking radio communication lines and equipment installed on spaceships and rockets, provoke serious accidents in electricity networks and in oil and gas pipelines, and have a negative impact on the mental health of entire regions.’

Weather manipulation is the pre-emptive weapon par excellence. It can be directed against enemy countries or ‘friendly nations’ without their knowledge, used to destabilize economies, ecosystems and agriculture. It can also trigger havoc in financial and commodity markets.

The disruption in agriculture creates a greater dependency on food aid and imported grain staples from the US and other Western countries.”

An analysis of statements emanating from the US Air Force points to the unthinkable: the covert manipulation of weather patterns, communications systems and electric power as a weapon of global warfare, enabling the US to disrupt and dominate entire regions of the World.

According to an official US Air force report:

“Weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary… In the United States, weather-modification will likely become a part of national security policy with both domestic and international applications.

Our government will pursue such a policy, depending on its interests, at various levels.”

The manipulation of climate for military use is potentially a greater threat to humanity than CO2 emissions.

Why has it been excluded from the debate under COP15, when the UN 1977 Convention states quite explicitly that,

“military or any other hostile use of such techniques could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare”?

Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques

The States Parties to this Convention, Guided by the interest of consolidating peace, and wishing to contribute to the cause of halting the arms race, and of bringing about general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control, and of saving mankind from the danger of using new means of warfare,

Determined to continue negotiations with a view to achieving effective progress towards further measures in the field of disarmament,

Recognizing that scientific and technical advances may open new possibilities with respect to modification of the environment,

Recalling the Declaration of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment, adopted at Stockholm on 16 June 1972,

Realizing that the use of environmental modification techniques for peaceful purposes could improve the interrelationship of man and nature and contribute to the preservation and improvement of the environment for the benefit of present and future generations,

Recognizing, however, that military or any other hostile use of such techniques could have effects extremely harmful to human welfare,

Desiring to prohibit effectively military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques in order to eliminate the dangers to mankind from such use, and affirming their willingness to work towards the achievement of this objective,

Desiring also to contribute to the strengthening of trust among nations and to the further improvement of the international situation in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations,

Have agreed as follows:

Article I

Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to engage in military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques having widespread, long-lasting or severe effects as the means of destruction, damage or injury to any other State Party.

Each State Party to this Convention undertakes not to assist, encourage or induce any State, group of States or international organization to engage in activities contrary to the provisions of paragraph 1 of this article.

Article II

As used in article 1, the term “environmental modification techniques” refers to any technique for changing – through the deliberate manipulation of natural processes – the dynamics, composition or structure of the Earth, including its biota, lithosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, or of outer space.

Article III

The provisions of this Convention shall not hinder the use of environmental modification techniques for peaceful purposes and shall be without prejudice to the generally recognized principles and applicable rules of international law concerning such use.

The States Parties to this Convention undertake to facilitate, and have the right to participate in, the fullest possible exchange of scientific and technological information on the use of environmental modification techniques for peaceful purposes. States Parties in a position to do so shall contribute, alone or together with other States or international organizations, to international economic and scientific co-operation in the preservation, improvement and peaceful utilization of the environment, with due consideration for the needs of the developing areas of the world.

Article IV

Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to take any measures it considers necessary in accordance with its constitutional processes to prohibit and prevent any activity in violation of the provisions of the Convention anywhere under its jurisdiction or control.

Article V

The States Parties to this Convention undertake to consult one another and to co-operate in solving any problems which may arise in relation to the objectives of, or in the application of the provisions of, the Convention. Consultation and co-operation pursuant to this article may also be undertaken through appropriate international procedures within the framework of the United Nations and in accordance with its Charter. These international procedures may include the services of appropriate international organizations, as well as of a Consultative Committee of Experts as provided for in paragraph 2 of this article.

For the purposes set forth in paragraph 1 of this article, the Depositary shall within one month of the receipt of a request from any State Party to this Convention, convene a Consultative Committee of Experts. Any State Party may appoint an expert to the Committee whose functions and rules of procedure are set out in the annex which constitutes an integral part of this Convention. The Committee shall transmit to the Depositary a summary of its findings of fact, incorporating all views and information presented to the Committee during its proceedings. The Depositary shall distribute the summary to all States Parties.

Any State Party to this Convention which has reason to believe that any other State Party is acting in breach of obligations deriving from the provisions of the Convention may lodge a complaint with the Security Council of the United Nations. Such a complaint should include all relevant information as well as all possible evidence supporting ItS validity.

Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to cooperate in carrying out any investigation which the Security Council may initiate, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, on the basis of the complaint received by the Council. The Security Council shall inform the States Parties of the results of the investigation.

Each State Party to this Convention undertakes to provide or support assistance, in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations, to any State Party which so requests, if the Security Council decides that such Party has been harmed or is likely to be harmed as a result of violation of the Convention.

Article VI

Any State Party to this Convention may propose amendments to the Convention. The text of any proposed amendment shall be submitted to the Depositary, who shall promptly circulate it to all States Parties.

An amendment shall enter into force for all States Parties to this Convention which have accepted it, upon the deposit with the Depositary of instruments of acceptance by a majority of States Parties. Thereafter it shall enter into force for any remaining State Party on the date of deposit of its instrument of acceptance.

Article VII

This Convention shall be of unlimited duration.

Article VIII

Five years after the entry into force of this Convention, a conference of the States Parties to the Convention shall be convened by the Depositary at Geneva, Switzerland. The conference shall review the operation of the Convention with a view to ensuring that its purposes and provisions are being realized, and shall in particular examine the effectiveness of the provisions of paragraph 1 of article I in eliminating the dangers of military or any other hostile use of environmental modification techniques.

At intervals of not less than five years thereafter, a majority of the States Parties to this Convention may obtain, by submitting a proposal to this effect to the Depositary, the convening of a conference with the same objectives.

If no conference has been convened pursuant to paragraph 2 of this article within ten years following the conclusion of a previous conference, the Depositary shall solicit the views of all States Parties to this Convention concerning the convening of such a conference. If one third or ten of the States Parties, whichever number is less, respond affirmatively, the Depositary shall take immediate steps to convene the conference.

Article IX

This Convention shall be open to all States for signature. Any State which does not sign the Convention before its entry into force in accordance with paragraph 3 of this article may accede to it at any time.

This Convention shall be subject to ratification by signatory States. Instruments of ratification or accession shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.

This Convention shall enter into force upon the deposit of instruments of ratification by twenty Governments in accordance with paragraph 2 of this article.

For those States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited after the entry into force of this Convention, it shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.

The Depositary shall promptly inform all signatory and acceding States of the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession and the date of the entry into force of this Convention and of any amendments thereto, as well as of the receipt of other notices.

This Convention shall be registered by the Depositary in accordance with Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.

Article X

This Convention, of which the Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall send duly certified copies thereof to the Governments of the signatory and acceding States.

In witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized thereto, have signed this Convention

Done at Geneva, on the 18 day of May 1977.

Annex to the Convention

Consultative Committee of Experts

The Consultative Committee of Experts shall undertake to make appropriate findings of fact and provide expert views relevant to any problem raised pursuant to paragraph 1 of article V of this Convention by the State Party requesting the convening of the Committee.

The work of the Consultative Committee of Experts shall be organized in such a way as to permit it to perform the functions set forth in paragraph 1 of this annex. The Committee shall decide procedural questions relative to the organization of its work, where possible by consensus, but otherwise by a majority of those present and voting. There shall be no voting on matters of substance.

The Depositary or his representative shall serve as the Chairman of the Committee.

Thailand: PAD ‘reveals US plot to kill people by causing natural disasters’

BP has already blogged about the US request to use Utapao airport as part of climate research study. The plan has faced domestic opposition and the Cabinet has not yet approved the project which given the NASA deadline of June 26 effectively means the project will either be cancelled or delayed to next year. It has simply been mind-blowing to watch the conspiracies whipped up about the project given that the project has been in planning for years and a letter of intent was signed under the previous government. Critics of the project include nationalists and the opposition Democrat Party. There have been allegations, unsupported by evidence, that the project would be a cover for U.S. military and intelligence activities, and could harm Thailand’s relations with China. NASA and scientists supporting the project have pointed out in rebuttal that its details were openly available.

“We chose U-Tapao because it provided an optimum combination of location, facilities and access,” Hal Maring, a coordinator of the NASA project, told the English-language Bangkok Post, emphasizing that “NASA is a civilian agency and has no connection with the United States military.”

The Thai government on Tuesday delayed a decision to let U.S. space agency NASA use a military air base for climate study after the main opposition party claimed, among other things, that it was tantamount to a surrender of sovereignty.

The NASA project may have fallen foul of internal Thai politics: the opposition Democrats are also claiming the government had agreed to the deal in return for the United States’ granting a visa to exiled former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, the brother of current premier Yingluck.

BP: BP plans to look at some of the Democrat complaints of the project in a separate post, but the above is just a summary of some of the complaints. These though pale in comparison to one from the anti-Thaksin PAD about the program. PAD spokesperson Panthep appeared on ASTV Manager TV on June 20 to explain his problems about the US using Utapao. ASTV Manager has an article on the appearance entitled “ปานเทพ” เปิดแผนมะกันฆ่าคนด้วยภัยพิบัติหวั่นใช้อู่ตะเภาทำไทยเดือดร้อน” (Panthep reveals American plan to kill people by [natural] disasters; afraid that will use Utapao to cause problems).

BP: Can we already see the direction that this is going?

The US has developed a project which can emit electromagnetic waves into the atmosphere to be reflected back to the earth to cause ‘natural disasters’ at targeted areas, as a new kind of weapon to destroy enemies…

He said that he had written an article about the US project called High Frequency Active Aurora Research Program, or H.A.A.R.P., a research project jointly conducted by the US armed forces and the University of Alaska to control and manipulate the climate by firing high-frequency electromagnetic waves with the power of over one Giga-watt [BP: Wrong see below] to the ionosphere to be reflected back to any specific location on earth and penetrate subterranean rock strata to cause earthquakes.

He showed a video clip of a documentary from the History Channel as evidence to support his claim, adding that this project was a new weapon which could cause climatic fluctuation, changes in the direction of winds and tides, or even create hurricanes, typhoons and earthquakes.

Experiments in this project have taken place in Alaska, Russia and Norway, he said.

He said that he did not make this up by himself, but the whole world was worried about this ‘disaster-inducing weapon’. When a particular country or region is struck by natural disasters, the US will pose as a saviour with the purpose of exploiting natural resources and dominating local governments.

He also showed video clips of natural disasters which had happened in some countries as examples of what he believed might have been related to the project:

– In 2008, the sky above Sichuan in China changed colour before an earthquake. That was because when a high-frequency wave was emitted to the ionosphere, the resulting heat in the atmosphere changed the sky colour, he said.

– In 2010, in the wake of a severe earthquake in Haiti, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez came out to announce that it was a result of an experiment to manipulate natural disasters, and the US was playing with God.

– Prior to Japan’s tsunami, the magnetic field was found to be very low, and ‘the emitted frequency’ was unusual.

BP: Indeed if Chavez says so it just must be true…… Just a conspiracy theory.

Then, if something’s important to the Department of Defense, you apply it.”

Ask a HAARP scientist about allegations like this, and he’ll either laugh or lose his temper. “This is completely uninformed,” says Umran Inan, a professor of electrical engineering at Stanford University whose research group works with HAARP. “There’s absolutely nothing we can do to disturb the Earth’s [weather] systems. Even though the power HAARP radiates is very large, it’s minuscule compared with the power of a lightning flash—and there are 50 to 100 lightning flashes every second. BP: Although conspiracy theorists won’t let facts get in the way of their theories….

After a noted scientist in Pakistan wondered whether HAARP was responsible for the floods, nuclear physicist Pervez Hoodbhoy responded in an op-ed in The Dawn:

Does the good doctor believe in magic and demons? How else can massive tectonic plates be moved by radio waves? Will HAARP tickle a sleeping subterranean monster that awakes and sets off earthquakes? This kind of thinking was what irate and ignorant village mullahs used after the 2005 Pakistani earthquake. They blamed cable television, after which followers smashed thousands of television sets.

Weather change simply cannot be caused by HAARP’s radio waves. The effects of a puny 3.6MW radio transmitter on the ionosphere can only be detected with sensitive instruments. Even these are almost completely washed out by a constant stream of charged particles from the sun that hit the earth during daytime. To see HAARP’s effects would be like trying to see a candle a mile away in blazing sunlight.

Today, even the most powerful lasers and radios are millions of times weaker than needed to heat sizeable portions of the ionosphere. (Of course, producing hotspots in tiny volumes anywhere is not a problem, but these have zero effect on the weather or earthquakes.) Perhaps in some future century a laser might be able to do this job.

Noted electrical engineer and Nobel Prize winner William E. Gordon in a letter to Science in 1997:

First, the anti-HAARP (High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) activists overestimated the power of the Gakona, Alaska, facility by a factor of more than a million and then used statements in patents (1) to fuel speculations on the part of the public about possible effects such as weather manipulations, mind warping, and communication disruptions. This incorrect information has been refuted in hearings in the Alaska legislature, in a video prepared by Senator Frank H. Murkowski (R-AK) for airing in Alaska, and at open-house sessions at the site for interested visitors.

Second, the Gakona site is now intended to be a world-class facility for studying the upper atmosphere, although the function has evolved from an over-the-horizon radar (never constructed), to a high-frequency facility (under construction) to generate ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) radio waves in the ionosphere, to a major center for upper atmosphere studies using a variety of diagnostics (some in place) with a powerful incoherent scatter radar (ISR) as the core instrument (to be constructed). The core instrument will join with existing ISRs at Svalbard and Tromsø in Norway; Sondrestrom, Greenland; and Boston, Massachusetts, and with the proposed ISR at Resolute Bay, Canada, to form an Arctic network of radars to observe virtually the whole Polar Cap and to track disturbances produced by solar inputs in the form of waves and particles. The network will be a remarkable additon to the tools available to the atmospheric science community with applications to space weather, Arctic and satellite communications, and electric power-grid problems.

In the early days of the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico there were concerns expressed about the facility, but these have long since been replaced by satisfaction with the scientific outcomes and the benefits to the local economy. The residents of Alaska will find similar benefits.

Second, the History Channel program referred to seems to be a reference to a series, appropriately called “Conspiracy Theory” hosted by Jesse Ventura (yes, Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura). This is actually a TruTV program although has been broadcast by the History Channel in some countries. The show has looked at every conspiracy including manchurian candidate, 9/11, global warming conspiracy etc – Wikipedia has a brief summary of the series here. The HAARP show was the first episode – available on YouTube here – so there are reviews of the show. Having watch part of the episode, BP’s view are summed up by this review by Slant Magazine. Key excerpt:

Ventura’s hokey methods are clear throughout the premiere episode, in which the former governor and his team travel to Alaska in order to investigate HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), a defense agency-funded research center that uses a massive amount of electricity to heat up the ionosphere and could be used to better communicate with deep sea submarines. Of course, the show takes this innocuous bit of information and twists it into HAARP being used as a weapon capable of controlling the weather and disintegrating human beings, as well as being a possible cause of the 2004 Indonesian tsunami. Apparently, the United States government is more like Cobra or SPECTRE than one would imagine.

Ventura’s proof that something fishy is going on up in Alaska is a single hapless HAARP employee (“dressed like a civilian,” as the narrator quickly notes), who denies him and his camera crew access to the compound. He quickly jumps to the conclusion that they would only shut out a former Navy Seal and governor if they had something to hide, completely bypassing the more obvious reason of not wanting to let in a cracked, opportunistic television host hoping to skewer the government on just about anything.

Newsday:

MY SAY This show is a one-hour “Saturday Night Live” skit – if only “SNL” were this good. When one of The Body’s reporters fails to get a HAARP rep to admit that the facility causes earthquakes, mass psychosis or weather changes, he explains that ” the HAARP spokesman is in denial.”

During an editorial meeting, another producer tells Ventura he has compelling evidence that HAARP may have caused the Indonesian tsunamis. Everyone agrees HAARP probably didn’t do this on purpose, thankfully: “What are they going to do?” snorts Ventura. “Fess up? ‘Oops, we made a mistake.’ ”

Ventura helicopters deep into the Alaskan bush, where he tells viewers HAARP is hidden far from prying eyes. (Well, not quite – it’s actually right off a major interstate.) The guard won’t let Ventura in, so The Body concludes: “An operation run by the Navy doesn’t shut out a former Navy SEAL. They’ve got something to hide.”

LA Times:

If anything, the show stacks the deck in favor of the theorists, who get the most screen time and the best camera angles. Tonight’s episode concerns HAARP, the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, an array of antennae in the Alaskan wilderness that shoots bursts of electricity into the ionosphere, which is said by some to have the capacity to change the weather, cause earthquakes and cloud the human mind. (The funding for the program comes largely from the Department of Defense.) The HAARP spokesman who counters the more sinister claims is said to be “in denial,” rather than “making a denial,” and HAARP itself is described as a “so-called research project” and “a weapon,” though it has never been used as such. (The reply to that, I suppose, would be “How do you know it hasn’t?”)

Are We in a HAARP “Earthquake War”?

I don’t share the analysis 100% but has some good points.

For those of you unfamiliar with the HAARP program, I quote the following from their website:

“HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.

Observation of the processes resulting from the use of the IRI in a controlled manner will allow scientists to better understand processes that occur continuously under the natural stimulation of the sun.”

What isn’t mentioned above is the fact that the earth has its own magnetic field. The Illuminati know this, and try to locate their Capitals on the grid where the field is the strongest, believing that the location makes communication with the Spirit World more intense. In fact, almost every city in the world builds its street grid following the “ley lines”, or lines on the grid which have the greatest electromagnetic energy. Usually, in the United States, this is Main Street and State Street. Just look for the street where many churches and fortune tellers are located.

So, HAARP takes huge amounts of energy directed at our ionosphere and bounces it back to earth. This disrupts the magnetic field and can cause a massive earthquake, like we just saw today in Chile. By the way, many of the recent earthquakes were preceded by colorful disruptions in the atmosphere characteristic of HAARP.

Even More interesting than the lights that have appeared over the Japanese and Chili earthquakes (sorry no images yet) is the apparent strategic locations of these quakes. An unconfirmed report states that the Russians also know about this “earthquake weapon”

“According to an unconfirmed report by the Russian Northern Fleets, the tragic earthquake in Haiti was caused by a US navy earthquake weapon that went “horribly wrong,” reports Press TV. The weapons test was originally supposed to be used against Iran but caused the cataclysmic earthquake in the Caribbean country.

The purpose of the earthquake weapon being used against Iran, according to the Russian report, was to topple the current Islamic system in the country.

Vive TV reports that the unconfirmed Russian report also suggests that the US instigated the 6.5 magnitude earthquake in the Pacific Ocean earlier this month. That earthquake did not cause any deaths or injuries but did damage many residential and commercial buildings.

The report further states that the system carrying out these tests is the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). The data also coincides with a previous report that associates the 2008 7.8 magnitude earthquake in China with HAARP.

Although Russia has accused the US of holding such a type of weapon, a Georgia Green Party leader claimed that Moscow, allegedly possessing similar weapons, caused an earthquake on Georgian territory several years ago.” (source)

Now for the analysis:

1. Japan is Moving Towards Breaking Ties with the US: the earthquake took place the day after the article broke. The video above shows that Japan has been threatened before by our “earthquake machine”. This one could have also been a “Russian” HAARP job that targeted the Okinawa military installation.

2. Haiti was possibly a test. Or it could have been the result of the Illuminati Psychopaths to continue their campaign of eradicating the Black race. The lack of an immediate response to the disaster makes this a very real possibility.

3. This Chili Earthquake will generate Tsunami waves that hit will Russia and China and possibly Japan very hard. It could have been a US HAARP event, or a Chinese one targeting Japan. I would tend to believe that the Chinese and Russians also want to send the Japanese a message.

If I am right, we are in for a whole slew of retaliatory HAARP induced earthquakes and Yellowstonewill be a primary target.

Evidence that HAARP is not only capable of inducing earthquakes, but that it appears to have been used on Japan

Geologists have long puzzled over anecdotal reports of strange atmospheric phenomena in the days before big earthquakes. But good data to back up these stories has been hard to come by.

In recent years, however, various teams have set up atmospheric monitoring stations in earthquake zones and a number of satellites are capable of sending back data about the state of the upper atmosphere and the ionosphere during an earthquake.

Last year, we looked at some fascinating data from the DEMETER spacecraft showing a significant increase in ultra-low frequency radio signals before the magnitude 7 Haiti earthquake in January 2010

Today, Dimitar Ouzounov at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Centre in Maryland and a few buddies present the data from the Great Tohoku earthquake which devastated Japan on 11 March. Their results, although preliminary, are eye-opening.

They say that before the M9 earthquake, the total electron content of the ionosphere increased dramatically over the epicentre, reaching a maximum three days before the quake struck.

At the same time, satellite observations showed a big increase in infrared emissions from above the epicentre, which peaked in the hours before the quake. In other words, the atmosphere was heating up.

These kinds of observations are consistent with an idea called the Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere Coupling mechanism. The thinking is that in the days before an earthquake, the great stresses in a fault as it is about to give cause the releases large amounts of radon.

The radioactivity from this gas ionises the air on a large scale and this has a number of knock on effects. Since water molecules are attracted to ions in the air, ionisation triggers the large scale condensation of water.

But the process of condensation also releases heat and it is this that causes infrared emissions. “Our first results show that on March 8th a rapid increase of emitted infrared radiation was observed from the satellite data,” say Ouzounov and co.

These emissions go on to effect the ionosphere and its total electron content.

It certainly makes sense that the lithosphere, atmosphere and ionosphere are coupled in a way that can be measured when one of them is perturbed. The question is to what extent the new evidence backs up this idea.

The Japan earthquake is the largest to have struck the island in modern times and will certainly turn out to be among the best studied. If good evidence of this relationship doesn’t emerge from this data, other opportunities will be few and far between.

The recent M9 Tohoku Japan earthquake of March 11, 2011 was the largest recorded earthquake ever to hit this nation. We retrospectively analyzed the temporal and spatial variations of four different physical parameters – outgoing long wave radiation (OLR), GPS/TEC, Low-Earth orbit tomography and critical frequency foF2. These changes characterize the state of the atmosphere and ionosphere several days before the onset of this earthquake. Our first results show that on March 8th a rapid increase of emitted infrared radiation was observed from the satellite data and an anomaly developed near the epicenter. The GPS/TEC data indicate an increase and variation in electron density reaching a maximum value on March 8. Starting on this day in the lower ionospheric there was also confirmed an abnormal TEC variation over the epicenter. From March 3-11 a large increase in electron concentration was recorded at all four Japanese ground based ionosondes, which return to normal after the main earthquake. We found a positive correlation between the atmospheric and ionospheric anomalies and the Tohoku earthquake. This study may lead to a better understanding of the response of the atmosphere /ionosphere to the Great Tohoku earthquake

(NaturalNews) Recent data released by Dimitar Ouzounov and colleagues from the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland highlights some strange atmospheric anomalies over Japan just days before the massive earthquake and tsunami struck on March 11. Seemingly inexplicable and rapid heating of the ionosphere directly above the epicenter reached a maximum only three days prior to the quake, according to satellite observations, suggesting that directed energy emitted from transmitters used in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) may have been responsible for inducing the quake.

Published in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) publication Technology Review, the findings are presented alongside a different theory called Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere Coupling, which hypothesizes that the heating in the ionosphere may have been caused by the impending earthquake as the fault line released radioactive radon. This theory, of course, is not actually proven, but is instead presented as a possible explanation for the presence of the high-density electrons and emitted infrared radiation that was observed.

Another explanation for this strange heating — and one that, upon analysis, seems much more likely — is that it was an indication that concentrated energy was used to induce the earthquake, and not the other way around. Numerous credible reports and scientific observations reveal that HAARP technology is fully capable of being used as a scalar weapon, meaning it can emit strong electromagnetic pulse bombs that can alter weather or trigger seismic fault lines.
A casual glance at the graphics presented as part of Ouzounov’s research data shows near-perfect heat rings present above the epicenter of the quake. If radon emissions from the fault line were truly responsible for creating these heat zones, they would more than likely have had irregular, scattered appearances, rather than concentric circles. This anomaly by itself debunks the theory that the impending earthquake caused the heat patterns.
Also, readings from the HAARP Induction Magnetometer, which visualizes the frequency spectrum of signals detected in the earth’s geomagnetic field, show that a steady, ultra-low frequency (ULF) of roughly 2.5 Hz was being broadcast days before the earthquake. The 2.5 Hz ULF happens to be the exact same frequency as the natural resonance produced by an earthquake — and since there were no constant earthquakes occurring on the days before the quake as the HAARP Induction Magnetometer appeared to indicate, the logical conclusion is that the signal was being broadcast to induce the quake (http://presscore.ca/2011/?p=1624).

Some would argue that HAARP is not capable of producing such frequencies, especially at the power levels that would be required to induce a massive earthquake like the 9.0+ that occurred in Japan. But testimony by various governments says otherwise.

On April 28, 1997, then US Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen gave an important keynote address at the Conference on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and US Strategy at the University of Georgia in Athens. When asked a question about terrorism, Cohen had this to say as part of his response about the type of technology that existed, even back then:

“Others are engaging even in an eco-type terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves” (http://www.defense.gov/transcripts/transcript.aspx?transcriptid=674).

This admission counters the claims made by some that no such technology exists, and that it is impossible to create seismic activity using directed energy. Clearly the technology has been around for a while, and the notion of it being used as a weapon is anything but a baseless conspiracy theory.

Then, there is the EU report on the environment, security and foreign policy, that was released on January 14, 1999 (http://www.europarl.europa.eu/sides/getDoc.do?pubRef=-//EP//TEXT+REPO…). This report outlines various types of weapon threats, including a section entitled, “HAARP – a weapons system which disrupts the climate.”

The paper explains that HAARP is “run jointly by the US Air Force and Navy,” and that one of its purposes is “to heat up portions of ionosphere with powerful radio beams.” It also states the following important details:

“HAARP can be used for many purposes. Enormous quantities of energy can be controlled by manipulating the electrical characteristics of the atmosphere. If used as a military weapon this can have a devastating impact on an enemy. HAARP can deliver millions of times more energy to a given area than any other conventional transmitter. The energy can also be aimed at a moving target which should constitute a potential anti-missile system.”

Later references to HAARP describe it as “a matter of global concern,” emphasizing that most people have no idea it even exists. This was written, of course, more than a decade ago — and yet not much has changed since that time, despite several pushes to make HAARP more transparent. But if HAARP is truly responsible for helping to induce some of the seemingly natural disasters that occur in the world, it is no surprise that the program continues to be kept largely under wraps.

“I read the email you received from the anonymous mechanic and felt compelled to respond to it. I, too, work for an airline, though I work in upper management levels. I will not say which airline, what city I am located, nor what office I work for, for obvious reasons. I wish I could document everything I am about to relate to you, but to do so is next to impossible and would result in possible physical harm to me.

Airline companies in America have been participating in something called Project Cloverleaf for a few years now. The earliest date anyone remembers being briefed on it is 1998. I was briefed on it in 1999. The few airline employees who were briefed on Project Cloverleaf were all made to undergo background checks, and before we were briefed on it we were made to sign non-disclosure agreements, which basically state that if we tell anyone what we know we could be imprisoned.

About twenty employees in our office were briefed along with me by two officials from some government agency. They didn’t tell us which one. They told us that the government was going to pay our airline, along with others, to release special chemicals from commercial aircraft. When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren’t cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn’t they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren’t enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That’s why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere. Then someone asked why all the secrecy was needed. The government reps then stated that if the general public knew that the aircraft they were flying on were releasing chemicals into the air, environmentalist groups would raise hell and demand the spraying stop. Someone asked one of the G- men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn’t need to know what’s going on, but that this program is in their best interests. He also stated that we should not tell anyone, nor ask any more questions about it. With that, the briefing was over.

All documents in our office pertaining to Project Cloverleaf are kept in locked safes. Nobody is allowed to take these documents out of the office. Very few employees are allowed access to these documents, and they remain tight-lipped about what the documents say.

I am no fool. I know there’s something going on. And frankly, I am scared. I feel a high level of guilt that I have been aware of this kind of operation but unable to tell anyone. It’s been eating away at me, knowing that the company I work for may be poisoning the American people. I hope this letter will open some eyes to what’s happening.

Again, I wish I could give you documented information, but you have to understand why I must remain totally anonymous.

A. A contrail dispurses. A chemtrail spreads into cloud cover and sometimes has fallout (cob-web like filaments, red/yellow powders, milky-white fluid).

* US Air Force IS involved. Early April 2000, KC135s were grounded and during the period immediately following spraying reports across the US significantly dropped and then picked up after the KC135s were flying again. * Our weathermen KNOW. The data doesn’t support the cloud cover. For instance, last year in Sante Fe, NM there was a 21-day period of continuous cloud cover when humidity/dew point levels were no higher than 30%. B. There has definitely been biological warfare testing of UNKNOWING U.S. citizens and OUR GOVERNMENT IS FULLY AWARE OF IT.

* 3 segments aired on ABC / Ted Kopple’s “Nightline” which included the testimony of Peter Kawaja on the bio warfare exposure of Gulf War vets. Of the initial 697,000 soldiers deployed to the Gulf War, 489,400+ (70%) are now discharged, 1000s have died and are dying, 67% of their babies born after are born deformed, family/friends/doctors/nurses becoming sick. Mycoplasmas are a part of their sickness.

* Damning patents. U.S. patent 5534413 for invasive mycoplasma infection (isolated from the urine of AIDS patients), and THE VACCINE YOU NEVER EVER HEAR ABOUT U.S. Patent 5242820. * Lab results from ground samples taken from 2 unassociated parties (Sacramento and E.Oregon) after flyovers from unmarked aircraft reveal bio warfare bacterias named in over 160 Pentagon patents referencing bio warfare applications and toxic molds. * “The flu that’s not the flu” – hospitals filled to capacity TURNING AWAY patients: “THIS VIRUS IS A MUCH MORE SUCCESSFUL PARASITE”, Dr. W. Paul Glezen of the Influenza Research Center at Baylor. NEVER has “parasite” been associated with a “virus”. A parasite FEEDS FROM THE HOST. A virus, on the other hand, NEEDS A SUSCEPTIBLE HOST’S CELLS TO MULTIPLY. What’s Dr. Glezen talking about? The Center for Disease Control recently stated that for about a 22 week period there were epidemic levels of illness AND DEATH RATES, 65-85% of which, when tested for the “flu” they were ill with something NOT the flu. Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz states: “Based on the evidence that my colleagues and I have accumulated, I conclude that this flu-like illness IS most likely associated with chemical and biological co-factors.” His email: tetra@tetrahedron.org. MDs across America told the New York Times and other newspapers: “This is the worst crisis I have seen.” “We have people double- and triple-parked in the ER on stretchers.” “Respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses are filling up the beds.” “It was surprising to me how sick they got and how quickly it happened.” “The increase in respiratory infections may not be due to the flu.” “We know there’s a lot of sickness, but our diagnosis shows that it’s not the flu.” “We’ve seen a lot of cases that you can’t typically classify as flu.”

* A little Ontario town called Espanola. On November 18, 1999 a petition by 500 residents from the community of Espanola, Ontario was submitted to the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa demanding an end to continuing spraying. Tests on rainwater found carbon black in amounts 7% over the safe threshold (enough to kill fish), as well as “chaff” used to jam radar signals – or track airborne dispersion patterns (chaff is highly toxic to human lungs). Aluminum oxide (perhaps used to refract sunlight?) was also found (aluminum oxide can cause speech, concentration and allergy problems and is adverse to the lungs).

* Florescent black light reveals filaments – LOTS OF THEM – which glow blue, red/orange. Contain barium titanate, a dielectric used to keep electricity flowing. Barium titanate can be used to: trap moisture to create clouds; build up earth pressures to cause earthquakes, tornados, volcanic eruptions; to create extra tension and stress in humans. The fibers are in a twisted ribbon shape ~3-5 microns thick by ~10 to 13 microns wide. They have imperfections that manifest as small clumps of polymer whiskers ~.5 to 1 micron in diameter by ~5 to 10 microns long. They are large enough by themselves and in sufficient quantity to cause possible long-lasting lung disease. WHERE ARE YOU AMERICAN LUNG ASSOCIATION??

* A microscopic particle count study in New Mexico shows a 16% increase in the magnitude of the average microscopic particle count data of 1999 vs. the average of the COMBINED YEARS of 1996, 1997 and 1998. The difference is significant – at the 99.9% plus level. The conclusion reached is that the microscopic air particle count in New Mexico in 1999 is STRIKINGLY different from that of the preceding 3 years combined. C. Ominous developments

* Unusual truck activity across the U.S. Trimac Western tanker trucks that DO NOT display DOT placard codes giving their contents, being WAVED THRU mandatory truck inspection stops! People who slow down to take a “look-see” are being shadowed 20-30 miles by civilian cars escorting the tanker trucks. Trimac is owned by Rentokil of the United Kingdom – they haul pesticides and chemicals for BASF, DuPont and Bayer. (See http://www.carnicom.com/contrails.htm). We need to connect this Trimac tanker truck activity to the commercial aircraft mechanic statement immediately below. Please tell truckers and commuters to keep their eyes open for the Trimac trucks. * COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT ARE NOW BEING USED TO SPRAY – particularly BOEING planes. Also, an aircraft mechanic from a major airline received anonymous “warning” call, job suspension and threats left in his locker after his observing an extra 50gal. plus 2 smaller gal. tanks located near the aircraft waste disposal system. The extra tanks WERE NOT connected to the waste disposal system, but instead piping from them led to deliberately “hollowed out” wiring connected to the edges of the aircraft’s wings. * Also lots of anti-chemtrail activists are reporting harassment, but on 5/19/00 Cliff Carnicom, owner of the most proactive anti-chemtrail website, contacted the FBI regarding impersonation, libel, professional hacking and death threats. His site alone has submitted 3,087 letters to federal officials, and 828 letters to state officials and TO DATE NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
